Everything needed before the season starts

The app keeps raw tournament selection practical: first choose candidates, then shape them into realistic schedules with dates, travel, and shared access.

01

Tournament catalog

Filter imported ATF and Tennis Europe tournaments by age, country, surface, dates, category, and source.

02

Basket first

Save interesting tournaments without deciding the final schedule immediately. The basket stays separate for each user.

03

Route planning

Build a tour with start and finish points, automatic breaks, city selection, and a route map.

04

Coach and parent access

Coaches and parents request access to a player and then plan for the selected player without mixing accounts.

05

Player profile

Birth date, gender, country, and city keep age filtering and travel defaults consistent.

06

Tournament cards

Open the tournament card for dates, entries, deadlines, Booking, tickets, weather, and currency information.

How planning works

The workflow is intentionally simple, because season planning already has enough moving pieces.

1

Create profile

Add the player profile once so age category and basic travel defaults are available everywhere.

2

Collect candidates

Add tournaments to the basket while browsing the full catalog.

3

Build schedules

Create as many named schedules as needed and move basket tournaments into them.

4

Check the route

Review the route, breaks, tournament overlaps, and practical travel order.

Built for real junior tennis planning

A player can plan independently, while a coach or parent can work with approved players and keep their own schedules visible to the player.

  • Player Creates a profile, keeps a personal basket, and builds personal schedules.
  • Coach Requests access, chooses a player, and prepares separate coach schedules for that player.
  • Parent Works like a coach account, with parent wording inside the product.

What we store

TTP stores account details, player profile data, selected countries and cities, tournament baskets, schedules, breaks, access requests, and planning actions needed for the service to work.

How we use data

Data is used to plan junior tennis seasons, filter tournaments by player profile, build schedules and routes, and show shared planning between a player, coach, and parent.

Who can see it

Players see their own data and approved coach or parent schedules. Coaches and parents see only players who approved access. Administrators may access data only to support and operate the service.

External services

The service may use external providers for maps, weather, currency rates, booking links, ticket links, and imported tournament data. These services may process technical request data according to their own policies.

Data control

A user can update profile and planning data in the account area. Access for a coach or parent can be removed by the player. Account or data deletion can be requested from the service administrator.
